Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry or asking for a call does not create an agreement between us. Any project is governed by a written proposal or agreement, signed by both sides, that sets out scope, price, timelines, ownership, and confidentiality.
The services and case studies on this site describe what we do and what we have done. Results depend on each project, so nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome.
Our content
The Brackat name and logo, and the text, illustrations, and design of this site, belong to Brackat LLC or are used with permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their agreement.
You may link to any page on this site. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.

This site may link to client sites or other services we do not control. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.
Availability and liability
