This page is for people who contact Brackat through this website. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how cookies work here.

We are based in the UAE, so we write this against Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL). If you send us an enquiry, we treat that as contact data, not a marketing list.

Who we are

Brackat is a UAE-based AI Product Engineering company based in Sharjah, transforming the way software is built through AI agents, intelligent automation, and modern engineering practices. We build AI-powered SaaS products, intelligent applications, and custom solutions that help businesses automate, innovate, and scale faster.

Our registered address is Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Company mobile: +971 54 136 1423. Email: info@brackat.com. Use that same email if you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted.

What we collect when you send an enquiry

The strategy call form asks only for what we need to reply. Required fields are your name, work email, project type, and a short message. UAE mobile / WhatsApp is optional. We do not ask for a company name, country, budget, or timeline on this form.

  • Name: so we know who to address.
  • Work email: so we can reply.
  • UAE mobile or WhatsApp, if you give it: so we can reach you there if email is slow. Leave it blank if you prefer not to share it.
  • Project type: so the right person reads your note. One of the options is Cyber Security Assessment.
  • Message: whatever you choose to tell us about the work.

Why we use it (PDPL)

Under the PDPL we need a lawful reason to process personal data. For an enquiry, that reason is your consent (you chose to submit the form) and, where it applies, taking steps at your request before any contract.

We use the details to read your request, reply, and if you agree, set up a call. We do not sell this information. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you later ask for that in a separate, clear way.

If you include a phone number, we may use WhatsApp or a voice call only for this enquiry.

Cookies and similar storage

This site is small. We do not currently run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics on these pages. If that changes, we will update this policy before we switch them on.

What we do use:

  • Language preference. If you switch between English and Arabic, we store that choice in your browser (local storage key brackat-lang) so the site stays in that language on your next visit. That is strictly necessary for the site to remember your choice. It is not used to profile you.
  • Technical session data. The browser and our hosting may keep short-lived session information so pages load and forms submit. These are needed for the site to function.
  • We do not set marketing cookies today. There is no cookie banner because we are not dropping optional tracking cookies. If we later add analytics (for example to see which pages are useful), we will describe them here and, where the PDPL and UAE rules require it, ask before any non-essential cookie runs.

Where the data sits and who sees it

Enquiry details go to our team so we can answer you. They may also sit on the email or hosting tools we use to run the website and the form. Those providers act for us. We do not hand your enquiry to random third parties for their own marketing.

If a tool stores data outside the UAE, we still remain responsible for how it is used. We only use providers we need to run the site and reply to you.

How long we keep it

If we never work together, we keep enquiry messages only as long as we need to finish the conversation and for a short period after, in case you write again about the same subject. As a working rule that is up to 12 months, unless the law asks us to keep it longer (for example accounts or a dispute).

If we start a project, the relevant details become part of the working file and follow that relationship.

The language preference stays on your device until you clear site data or switch language again.

Your rights under UAE law

If you are in the UAE, the PDPL gives you rights over your personal data. In plain terms you can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we hold data about you and get a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Erase data we no longer need, where the law allows it.
  • Stop or limit certain uses, including withdrawing consent for the enquiry follow-up.
  • Object to processing that is not necessary.
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you think we have not handled this fairly.

Email us to use those rights

Write to info@brackat.com with enough detail for us to find your enquiry (the email you used is usually enough). We will respond within the time the PDPL expects. Please do not send extra identity documents unless we ask. We only need enough to make sure we are talking to the right person.

Children

This site and the enquiry form are for business contact. We do not knowingly collect details from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this page

If how we collect enquiry data or cookies changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. For a material change (for example adding analytics cookies) we will say so clearly here before it goes live.
