This page explains what this website stores in your browser, and why. It is short, because we use very little.

What we mean by cookies
Cookies are small files a website can save in your browser. Local storage is a similar space for saving settings. In this policy, cookies means both.
What we use
Only two things, and both exist so the site works as you expect:
- Language preference. If you switch between English and Arabic, we save that choice in your browser's local storage (under the name brackat-lang) so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays until you clear your browser data, and it is not used to identify or profile you.
- Technical session data. Your browser and our hosting provider may keep short-lived information so pages load and the enquiry form can be submitted. This usually disappears when you close the browser.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, third-party analytics, or social media trackers. Because we only use what the site needs to work and to remember your language, we do not show a cookie banner.
Fonts and other third-party services
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser details, as with any site that uses its fonts. We do not control how Google handles that information, and you can read Google's own policy on its website.
The WhatsApp button on this site is an ordinary link. Nothing from WhatsApp is loaded until you click it, and then you are on WhatsApp's own service, under its own terms and privacy policy.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you clear local storage, the site will forget your language choice and open in the default language. Blocking the technical data the site needs may stop pages or the enquiry form from working properly.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics or any other cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page first and, where UAE rules require it, ask for your consent before it runs. For more about how we handle your details, see our Privacy Policy.
